Lucerito LINDSTAMER was and Amazing help to me for the first time picking Insurance I understood what I was getting she help me and made sure I knew what I was getting and she wouldn’t stop until she knew I understood what she was talking about and how she explained my insurance to me she is by far the best person I’ve dealt with when it come to Insurance and I’m grateful that she is my Agent Thank you for your help and your patience with me .

I called in and am so happy that I did! Trevon Busch was my agent and provided me with some of the best customer service I’ve experienced to date. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and courteous while preforming his job. I would like Fiorella insurance Agency to know that when they hired Henry Idom that’s the best thing they could have done. He took his time and made sure I had coverage that I could afford. Because I recently lose my job and when. Before I lost my job I called to renew my coverage and that insurance agent was the worst. I told her I wasn’t able to afford that much and she said that’s all she could do. But Henry showed me different on this date 11/23/2022 at 12:12 I let him know that because I lost my job I couldn’t afford my coverage any more so he went though some plans and explained each one to me. And he told me to hold on and he came back with a plan I could afford and explained that one as well. Please make sure that you all hold on to Henry Idom because when I say a one customer service Henry Idom is what your company needs. Because every time you hire someone let Henry train them if you all want your customer service to be number one. I was having a bad day cause when you call companies to let them know your funds are not in available they can get mean. But Henry Idom didn’t. He had 100 percent customer service and that’s how it is suppose to be. My name is Emma Wells. I have insurance that I’m going to afford I just wanna say thank you for Henry Idom.
