Pieces of crap. Have called me multiple times a day for over 3 months. Won't stop called even after asking to be removed. Don't do anything with them, they will continue to call at all times. Have had them call at 7am and at 11pm. $1,000 for every phone call after I asked them to be removed.

Talking to someone who knows the plans cuts through the confusion. Jacoya was quick on her end, patient with mine and also helped with switching dental, vision and gap coverage because my previous carrier is dropping dental in Florida. It was a 60 minute call start to finish. I should say only 60 minutes because we got a lot done and I was given all the time I needed to ask questions + weigh options.

Not sure how this company got my dad's number, but they have left over 40voicemails on his phone. I called them and they said they had the number under a 'Nancy Martinez' - I don't think you're allowed to just give out names like that. This company engages in robocall harassment. I have received daily calls from different numbers leaving the same recorded message - sometimes multiple calls in the same day. Every time I block their number, they just call back from a new one with area codes from all over the country. They have called over 25 times in the past month!

I am reporting Fiorella Insurance to the FTC. I encourage other victims of their harassment to do the same. This company does not respect privacy. If they continue with this unacceptable behavior, we may need to take legal action against them to protect ourselves.

I've wasted so much time this week dealing with all these so called wanna help u insurance companies, im talking over hour on a few of the calls to get transferred. an by end of the conversation nothing got done!!
